Whyalla residents reject BHP Billiton desalination plant
The residents of Whyalla have overwhelmingly said "No" to the BHP Billiton plant on the Point Lowly Peninsula in South Australia due to the effect the plant would have on the marine life in the Upper Spencer Gulf.
