Should Santos stay at Point Lowly?

The sighting of the Santos refractionation plant at Point Lowly is a terrible mistake made by our parents in less enlightened times. We must ensure that not only do we not make the same mistake but that we undo some of the damage inflicted by our parents on the environment. It is time to say to Santos, you have been here 25 years, you must move in the next 25 years. We need to pressure the State Government to provide land in the more robust environment of the Whyalla industrial area for Santos and provide assistance to relocate facilities as the old plant wears out at Point Lowly.
