Mark Parnell was diving to view the Giant Australian Cuttlefish at the Point Lowly Peninsula South Australia on the 6th of August 2009 and he talks to Keiran Weir on ABC Radio about the effect of the proposed BHP Billiton Desalination Plant on the Point Lowly Peninsula. He says that BHP Billiton should look for an alternative location for the desalination plant.
